School app makes it easy for students to handle their Academy duties. It allows them to attend classes, submit assignments, communicate with teachers, access library resources, and request leave, all in one place. These features help students manage their school tasks easily and efficiently.

Morning Arrival:

• Student come to School
  8:00 AM: Students arrive at school, and gather in the designated area.
• QR Code scanned for Attendance
  8:15 AM: Student shows their QR Code on their School ID card and the Teacher scan their QR code and takes student attendance from the Mobile app.
• Teacher checks their Class Routine
  8:30 AM: Teachers check the class routine in the Web App along with chapter details.
• The Teacher starts the Class
  9:00 AM: The teacher starts the class and some students join the class through video conferencing.
• The Teacher checks the Student’s Homework
  9:30 AM: Teacher downloads and checks yesterday’s homework for each student.
• Teacher Assign Homework
  11:30 AM: Teacher Assigns new homework of library book reading On WP-School Mobile App
• Library Book issue
  12:00 PM: Students go to the library to get the book issued to complete their Homework.
• Students Board the School Bus for Home
  12:30 PM: School Day is done, Now students go home using the school bus transportation.

Day after School

• Student Download their Homework
  2:00 PM: Students use the WP School mobile app to download their Daily homework.
• Message to Teacher – Query on Homework
  2:15 PM: A Student had a query on Homework so they Directly sent a Message to the Teacher.
• Upload Homework
  4:30 PM: A Student uploads their completed homework from the mobile app
• Emergency Leave for Tomorrow
  8:30 PM: A Student applies for tomorrow’s leave through the Mobile app.
