Extending item support: To extend an item’s support offering, you must have less than 6 months of the existing support period remaining, and the author must still be providing support for their item.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover over your username and click on ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.
3. You will see a list of all the items purchased using your account.
4. Click on ‘Extend now’ next to the item for which you want to extend the support.

Renewing item support: You may Renew support for an item if it has expired and the author still offers support for it.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover over your username and click on ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.
3. You will see a list of all the items purchased using your account.
4. Click on ‘Renew support now!’ next to the item for which you want to renew the support.
